Births, Deaths and Marriages Certificate
1st Contact can help you obtain a certified copy of birth, death and marriage certificates. To do so we require the following information:
Birth Certificate
- Full name, date and place of birth of relevant parent and/or grandparent (maiden name also required in the event of mother or grandmother).
Death Certificate
- Full name and date of death of relevant parent and / or grandparent (maiden name also required in the event of mother or grandmother).
Marriage Certificate
- Full name of both parents and date and place of marriage.
